Indicate an abuse
If you are a victim of an abuse, send an
e-mail in: webmaster@ChatLineBrasil.com But what an abuse?
Here are some situations for which you could need
to send us an e-mail:
Threats of reprisals in your room of conversation ?
Persons violent the terms of our Code of conduct and\or
Statement of confidentiality ?
You are harassed in private conversation by a user having
asked that he stops?
You were present when somebody has flood and you have
irrefutable proofs concerning the culprit ?
You know that young people of less than 13 years frequent
our rooms of conversation?
A user does not stop following you in every room
to miss?
If the answer to one of these questions is yes , please send
an e-mail in: webmaster@ChatLineBrasil.com
It's better to indicate most possible information in
this e-mail, it will accelerate the procedure... For example :
1) Your nick and your e-mail.
2) The room where you discuss mostly.
3) The pseudo of the person or the name of the room of
conversation which you denounce.
4) The room in which occurred the incident as well as
the date and the rough hour.
5) The pseudo of the other persons present at the time of
the incident.
6) Describe the incident with most details possible. It
is recommended to include screen shots or copies
of conversations.
We shall contact you then as soon as possible.
The period of answer will be in office of the importance of the incident
and the number of information which we shall have. |
